Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our returns & exchange policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery day. If 14 days have gone by since that date, unfortunately we cannot accept a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not cover the return postage.

Please note, any sale items are non-returnable.

We aim to answer all queries within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received, your item/s will be inspected and we will notify you of the  approved/rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, this may take up to 3-5 working days for your refund to go through.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend sending your returns tracked or signed. Please ensure you keep a proof of postage until your items reach us.
