Wholesale FAQs

• What is the shelf life of wax melts ?
  Our wax melts have a 2 year shelf life when stored correctly in their original packaging. If our wax melts are taken out of their original packaging , their shelf life will be a lot shorter and scent throw will not be as strong over time. 

• What is your minimum order quantity
  We do not have a minimum quantity order however we do have a £100 minimum spend for wholesale

• Do you provide CLP labels?
  Yes - as a supplier we are required to include all ingredients with our products ensuring they are compliant.

• How we package our products ?
  We will package our products the same and standard way as seen on our social media for example , unless another way is agreed before hand. This is normally in clear cellophane bags with our logos and labels. If you'd like your products to be packaged another way then please discuss this with us.

• Do you offer white label?
  Unfortunately this is not something we are currently offering, and may be something we can look into the near future.

• How should I store my products once they have arrived?
  We recommend keeping your products in their original packaging and stored out of direct sunlight. Treating them delicately and protect them from humidity, sunlight and moisture.

• Can we use your photos for our own purposes ?
  If you'd like to use any of our photos on your website or social media then please ensure you notify us and appropriately credit us/ tag us on your website as the creator and photographer.

• How much does shipping cost?Delivery can vary anywhere from £4-£15 depending on weight and amount ordered.

• Who do we use as our couriers? Our regular couriers are Royal Mail and Hermes because we have found them to be the best.

• Can I change the name of the wax melts ?
  No other way to put this , but no unfortunately

• Can I request custom made products ? Yes of course ! For an increased price we can discuss altering our products to accommodate your needs. This will take 3-4 weeks to develop and receive. For custom orders , we have a minimum quantity order of 50 per custom item.

• What's your turnaround time?
  We allow up to 4 weeks to process our wholesale orders. If you need your order quicker than this, then please talk to us and we'll look at our schedule.
