Order Processing

After placing your order, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order is ready for shipping, you shall receive a dispatch email. This may sometimes be in your junk folder.

Orders will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Evri, using their next day service.

However it can sometimes take longer, so please give 3-5 working days to arrive.

Please note, couriers state for a parcel to be classed as lost, you must allow 10 working days since the dispatch date.

We unfortunately accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because of unforeseen issues with third party delivery/postage companies.

Missed deliveries will be attempted on various occasions by the couriers, or left in a safe place or with neighbours. In certain cases deliveries may return back to us after 14 days, in which case we will contact you, and will require postage fee to be paid again before re-shipping your order,

Please note if an incorrect shipping address is supplied, we will be unable to refund or resend your order, unless contact is made before your dispatch email.

If the parcel is undelivered and returned to us, we can resend the parcel if given the correct address and the postage fee is covered.
